As Fırat Ağra, the son of a civil servant and a citizen of the world, I strive to reflect the experiences I have gained throughout my life into my business endeavors. The principle "The place you go is yours," taught to me by my father, has guided me in every phase of my life. This principle aims not only to take ownership of a geographical location but also to leave a mark in every field we enter, to create value, and to make that area a better place.

The mission we have adopted since the establishment of our company does not only impose the responsibility of building structures; it also brings the responsibility of creating positive impacts for the people living within these buildings, their environments, and communities.
